Some people just have plain bad ideas and they are not realistic. If you want to learn more about business, check out the television show "Shark Tank". No, I'm not associated with them in any way. I just saw it on TV last night and thought that it really applied to online business as well. For example, on last night's episode they had this one guy who had a pretty decent clothing brand. He hadn't done much business, he just didn't have the funding. However, the "Shark's" (wealthy business investors) realized that the market was just too packed. There was nothing all that unique about his product, and it wasn't worth investing in, regardless of how cool the shirts were. Another lady had a terrible idea. There was simply no market out there for it. Watch the episode for what I'm talking about and come back here to discuss. I really think it is a good show! I would recommend it to anyone just now getting into online (or offline) business.
You're right about that! I also watch the show for the same reason and I am glad that they will air the last 5 episodes starting this January 8, 2010. I think all people who are in the business especially the ones who are just getting started should watch the show and while the show is not yet airing we can also get infos regarding business at http://www.SharkTankTVShow.com, it is a site that has the same concept as the tv show. They are group of expert marketers who are willing to invest for people who will pitch their ideas to them, they call themselves Angel Investors.
