any body point me in the direction of some good tattoo half sleeves, i want 2 of the 1 for both arms but cannot find any good ones. i dont want tribal because it is too common and i dont mind colour or black tattoo's cheers
Just start getting tattoos on your arms... eventually.. if you get enough... and fill up all the space.. it can be a sleeve.. and it's totally custom that way. If you are going to have art on your arms, it might as well be something personally meaningful to you, right?
Your best bet is to find and save several images/designs that you like the style of, then take those designs to your tattooist and get him/her to draw you something up based on what your after. That way its original. Also, tattooists can sometimes go through phases where they like/prefer doing one style over another, even though most tattooists will do a great job on any style you want, they will sometimes 'excel' when designing and tattooing the style their "into" at that particular time. If your anywhere near Austria, have a chat with Brent McCown. He's passionate about all styles and does a lot of traditional (Tattoo Tatau) stuff. He's also a heck of a nice guy who tells it like it is. He'll point you in the right direction. Even if your not near Austria, He travels around a lot doing tattoo conventions and is sometimes invited to make guest appearances at other tattooists shops. Cheers James
