What are some of the top sites for buying links to relevant websites?

Do any of you recommend using a service which charges a fee to submit to tons of directories, etc?

Any other advice and tips in this area would be appreciated as well. Thanks!

 

You can do link exchange with relevent site. one way link building means directory submissions is good technique to get link.
