    I want to sell one of my sites. It's online since Apr,30, 2010 and has a stable adsense income and visits from google. Site contain 63 games made by me. Also I can sell program to make that kind of games or make a deal with new owner that i can continue making games for him. Screen shots of google analytics and adsense earnings for last year:
