Good seo company/person?

    I need some help with my celeb site, even tho it is 18 months old, pr3, has decent relevant backlinks and used to rank for certain terms it hasn't done now for a while and I am stuck trying to work out the problem, I just want my main page rankings back so wondered if anyone could recommend a company/person?

    Pref I would prefer to pay upon my rankings coming back.

    The site is NSFW.
