Good SEO certification programmes

One of my colleagues is interested to take reputed and globally accepted online SEO certifications programme for promotion in his job. Can anyone here give any recommendations for the same?

Sounds Strange. From Google, many such certificated courses exist, but I am looking for the best and most widely accepted globally.

 

But there is no SEO certification from Google

 

I know Google does not have own SEO certification programme but I mean to say from researching from Google, I found many SEO certification courses. Hope now my query is clear to you.

 

Ah so.. but still why do you need a certificate? If you are really good at SEO then you don't need to work for anyone.. just build sites sell stuff and relax

I did not myself want certification mate . One of my friends needs it for job promotion.
