My site www.dennisdornon.com has decent rankings for a new site and vistors are coming however they are not converting. I consider a conversion whenever someone prints one of the coupons on the site. Does anyone have some idea does the copy need to be changed? Thanks for any help. Dennis P.S. I know the site has any issue in IE7
Site looks good. Regarding the low conversions, I am not sure users would know to get the coupons. Just looking at the front page it seems like the focus is on getting them to call, chat, email or come in. Assuming the goal is to get them to print the coupons first and then contact you I would suggest rewording the site around that process. Maybe change the content on the front page to tell the users to print out the coupons first and then to contact you, subsequently telling them how to do so. It might help to reduce the advertised number of ways to contact you. Giving too many options tends to make people freeze. Offer all of the contact options on the contact page with a maximum of 3 options on the rest of the site (maybe even less). The live chat button is much more noticeable and above the coupon link. Putting the coupon link on top and maybe putting the link in the main content of the front page could help. The coupon link is not in the header, finding a place for it there could help. I do have more ideas if you want them. I am just not sure exactly what your goal is for the customer so I don’t want to list too much until I am sure. If you could let me know more specifically what process you want your potential customers to take I could probably give you some more ideas. Best of luck! -- Nathan Enns
