Good ranked with allintitle and allinanchor means good ranked when out of sandboxed?

Hi there, I wonder if my site has some good for allintitle and allinanchor operator in Google. Is that mean I will have a good ranking when out of sandboxed. and what about inanchor and intitle operator. Two of them is mean important than allinanchor and allintitle in Google.
