    i want to make a website for sending and receiving Short Message Service (SMS) u can see a exmple here ( www.ipipi.com , www.2sendsms.com , ) .

    and i need help in sms script i can pay u .

    You need to decide on your gateway first.... almost all gateways have example scripts written in a range of languages but if you need further help a programmer will be able to give advice
