Buying Good Programer with QOOY script knownlage

    Hello,

    I have a multi mirrors site with qooy script i would like a programmer to program an .exe program to upload files to my site something like an upload manager also on site back-end an api script to handle the program requests.

    It has to look like this one(http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/8606/programasubirfacil.png) its in spanish i will translate it if you need it.

    Budget: 100-150 dolars by paypal.
    Time Frame 3-5 days.
