Anyone know of a good print on demand book publisher? Looking for one that when a customer orders my book from my site I can instruct them to print one and send it direct to the customer so I do not have to buy a big stock in or deal with distribution. I have found a couple such as Lulu and Fast-Print but not sure if these are any good or if there is better available? Any help appreciated
