    Well I predict that in the next few days, 4 of the 5 posters above will be banned.

    You can try blacklabelads, adengage for a start.

    Blacklabel are adbrites adult format and pay the highest in the PPC adult industry (well they did for me).

    blacklabelads is good for me, they pay an average of 10/15cents+ for my site/perclick

    I think that is good enough for adult

    Plus they have britepic and video ads - britepic is good because other sites embed your pic's and make you more dollars !! They pay on time also .... adengage has a very low cpc (about 1cent) although the ad sales cn add up quickly.
