You might want to try Adversal, they pay $1.20 CPM for US RAW impressions and $0.50 CPM for International RAQ impressions. In other words they pay for each popunder even if the popunder impression is not unique. They accept everyone who signs up aswell. You can sign up through the link in my signature if you like. :)

paypopup has trojans (in under pop ups) so be careful not to loose visitors

I ran paypopup ads for a while getting my visitors scared in exchange for no revenue at all.

Overall, Paypopup is a decent service--their CPM is pretty high by industry standards ($1.69 for popunders), they give you a lot of control over your ads, and they'll actually pay out. However, they tend to underreport impressions, sometimes by as much as 50%

The spyware/trojan concern is a legitimate one, and it probably stems from that fact that Paypopup gives you an option to "Disable Popup Blockers." If you don't select this option, chances are your visitors won't have spyware problems (plus the disable function doesn't work--Google still blocks Paypopup's ads).

Over at The Great Traffic Experiment, we did a pretty detailed experiment with Paypopup--you can read the results and check out our data at the section titled Paypopup Detailed Review (http://www.thegreattrafficexperiment.com/PayPopUp/paypopupexperiment.html).

If you have any questions about the stuff we did, just email/pm me
    Hope that helps

    Tom

I put them on site yesterday and so far I've had 1,500 unique visitors and PPU shows 53 (yes fifty three) impressions.
I will wait until tomorrow to see if it updates

I've heard from many people that Adversal is the way to go when it comes to monetizing impressions. I have about $800 on my account atm so I can tell you they definately keep track of all impressions.
