Good pop- under network?

    I'm using Adsense for banners and what not. But I'm looking for a good pop-under program with good rates. And if at all possible I would like the pop-unders that have like knockout bush and win an iPod type ads because I tend to play them and I don't know anyone who doesn't.

    I have used www.exitexchange.com in the past. They have been around many years so they seem reliable.

    What the hell? I just signed up for it and it said it's sending me a contract and it needs to be signed in print with money. I gave my address and everything, I better not be charged.
