Good Places to Find Link Exchanges

I'm looking to do some 3-way link exchanges to help boost my SE rankings. I've been looking in the DP Link Exchange forum for links and have made some trades, but I am looking for even more sites to exchange links with.

What are some other reputable places for finding link exchange parters? I am looking to exchange links with good neighborhood sites.

reciprocal and 3 way links are long dead..do it for traffic not for seo purposes

there are a lot of forums with link exchange thread. site point and v7n are good forums to find link exchange.
