The placement of the ads seem good and im getting a steady flow of traffic so why havent i recieved any clicks ??

It seems like your site isn't showing relevant ads. I saw ads for plumbing and horoscopes. Try adding more keywords.

Im sorry im so new to all of this but im learning each day.
By keywords do you mean in my articles i should try and include what the article is about e.g. if i was writing about big brother i should make sure i write "Big Brother" somewhere in the article?

    Thank you so much!

I'd suggest optimizing your blog a bit. If this is a powered by wordpress, try to get a plugin that changes the title for each post to get your keywords in first. Second, writing longer, "meatier" content. By meatier, I mean get more of your target keywords in there. Try to keep it below 5% though, to avoid being tagged as spam.

With regards to your placement, keep in mind that google has a limit for adsense found in one page. If you think you're going over, cut the post with a more tag to get the adsense to appear in its own page. Finally, put adsense in your sidebar..it's the second top converter for me.

Remove your ads' border and blending the text color as same as your webpage.
