good pay per impression program

hello. i was looking for a pay per impression program that accepts ptc sites. a site that pays you for banner impressions. i have tried a few but i got rejected. anybody know of any good ones?

 

PayPopup, first link in my sig. I recommend this one to everybody. It's good for popups at $1.80/1000 raw impressions, but also does banners at $0.20/1000 raw impressions. So that's a good $2 CPM if you have 1 popup and 1 banner. They also pay their $1.80 CPM on raw interstitials. So take your pick!

 

What does that mean interstitials? how long do they take to approve your site?

 

For me it was instantaneous approval. Some have reported longer times.
Interstitals are when the page fades out and displays a sponsor's webpage for 30 seconds.

check out this list of CPM networks. The first one pays up to 1.80$ per 1000 impressions of popup if the traffic comes from US/UK (other countries = lower rates ), The pay twice a month, through paypal with a 100$ minimum
