    There are lots of PPC programmes available on net...
    you will choose best one from that programmes also.

    ikojo pays $0.10 min to publishers. i use them & clicksor, although clicksor pays $0.07 min

    You really need to say "What niche averages over .10 cents a click".

    It really depends on that. One niche could get .3 cents and some might just amaze you.

    Valid point .. entertainment niche may pay you few cents where as health might pay you upto few $$.

    All depends on how profitable the niche is ...

    It is depend on your niche(or say keyword used) and the click ip.
    I do both adsense and bidvertiser, both of them give me more then $0.10 per click in overall

    but to join kontera and clicksore type stuff how much traffic you need. i get round about 7000 unique a day and they rejected my application as well. my alexa rank is 74,000 :(

    right now average cpc is lower than $0.10 but if you are in the right niche, maybe you can get your goal.
