    Both are bad and your intention is not clear.
    Using awful partner and footer links, so better be aware of it.
    Having same template, same category structure...
    I wouldn't be even suprised if both have no right to use unbranded version of PhpLD
    So we have 2 new in DIRECTORY TRASH collection.
