Good or Bad idea?

Let's say I have multiple domains and two of them are simply re-directs to my #1 page.

Is it more valuable to just copy my index to those other two domains and have them with the same content and internal links as my main page? (Rather then have them simply re-direct to my main page)

Or is that frowned upon?

Google gives penalties for duplicate content when they're linking to eachother. It assumes it like an 'affiliate' site scheme. Making multiple thousands of sites and linking them all to the main site - google will fire on you. lol

 

That would be considered duplicate content. Your doing it right by redirecting.

I would develop all domains, write some unique content and then link to my main project.
This is a great way to build related in-content links with the desired anchor text.
