Buying Good Offshore Reseller hosting or hosting..

I m looking a offshore reseller hosting that allow the listed that i plan to build:

Adult site ( legal content -nochildporn )
Blogger hosting
GPT/PTC ( paid to click sites )
maybe image hosting...
and maybe facebook clone.

And allow nulled script would be good that i can test thoses and keep for some time to collect money to able to buy full legal script later.

And the budget would be $10/month maximum
Space minimum 10gb -max 300gb
Bandwidth 300gb would be good
unlimited features if possible or more than 100 of every features..

i m still looking a offshore reseller with good size space abd bandwidth as i mentionned on my first post but remember i only have $10 in my paypal right now.. so i m still looking and i m waiting for a refund from hosting pulse i bought 2 or 3 days ago is down now... i am disappointed... so i want a good one
