    Funny question. You need high paying keywords and that too with a less competition. Why someone will tell you and not start a site of his own. This is very silly to be asked, if you want to know about high paying keywords then use google adword tool.

    High paying will usually and naturally have high competition, not always, because sometimes there are the less obvious niches that lots of people miss.

    But because you mention Flash Games, its not one of the less mentioned niches, its rather popular, so its not a easy job to find a niche within this niche that wont already be competitive.

    Sometimes you can find them, but not from asking, get the free tools open and research, there are plenty of missed opportunites but you really are better off doing the research, believe me, it will make you smile when you find a nice little niche that will pay not bad and be realistically acheivable.
