    Hi,

I have a few domains/sites that I really don't have time to update on a regular basis.

I'de like to keep the sites if I had more free time.

So I thought I'de ask people about their opinions about the saleability of these. If they're saleable for a price I would be interested in, I'll just hold on to them and develop them more as I have time.

    First off:

http://www.eslteachertraining.com . . . Current PR3. This site is more or less completely deveoloped. All of the content is unique and copywrited to ME. What this site is: It's a training course for people who would like to be teachers of English as a Second/Foreign language, running of a Moodle platform. The user signs up, and then they complete each module. Each module has assignments which are True/False, Multiple Choice, etc. and the CMS automaticall grades and scores their answers, so it's all pretty much automated. This site is currently backed by an authority site which I own (and recently had to completely rebuild due to database problems) at http://www.eslsociety.com.

TEFL certification is in no way moderated or accredited. Anyone who says their course is accredited is really blowing smoke. This site could be used as a free resource for teachers or teacher trainers, or it could easily be developed into a paid certification course. That is actually what I had planned for it.

I'de like to know what the value of this site, domain+content would be. I'm also possibly open to taking on a partner for this project. Maybe someone to manage it on a revenue share basis (70% you, 30% me or something like that).

    Second:

http://www.spiritualmartialarts.com Current PR2. This is a site I started to develop about more internal aspects of martial arts such as Tai Chi, Baguazhang, Aikido, etc. Runs on seo'd Mambo CMS. Has a few members, and a little bit of forum activity. The site looks very nice, and if it had more traffic, I think it would be very sticky and enjoy some serious user loyalty. Has forums, user blogs for updating content, etc. Community builder hack which is kind of like myspace, allows for friends lists, blah blah.

    Third:

http://thailand-x.com No PR yet. This is an older domain name. I was searching expired domains on whois.net a week ago and found this one, and picked it up. I haven't really done much with it. Threw up mambo. Has a nice template on it, Same community builder hack, user blogs, etc. Nice domain name. What I was thinking about doing with this project was something similar to stickmanbangkok.com where readers send in their stories, except oriented more towards the under 40 crowd. I could give some advice on specific adwords campaigns that would yield very high returns and lots of free content for this project. Site is seo'd mambo. Age of domain and some good links + content should get high PR. Domain is pretty brandable I think.

    Fourth:

Righteousheart.com No Pr. This domain is a little over a year old. Just parked. I was using it for a project related to religious persecution for a while, but just didn't have time. Good for like a new agy type of site, religious site, etc.

Anyhow - I have a ton more sites that I actually work on regularly. but these are the ones that I just haven't had time to develop to their true potential.

I'de like to know peoples honest opinions of the value of the sites as is (would be willing to allow login for backups of CMS and content, etc.), as well as their potential value for development.

    Thanks.
