Good Morning

Well, not really, but it might be where you are! I'm in CT and have really been impressed with the friendliness of this forum.

I'm a "stay at home" mom now, and recently a "new" grandma. My websites are hobby related mostly, and local attractions type of stuff. All the websites I built last year have been buried. But they shall arise!

I don't know where I'll be posting most of the time, but thanks for all your friendship in advance.

vbulletin is a pretty nice forum. I like this woodsy green color. (or is it the color of $ lol )

Welcome from another at home mom, though not a grandma, not by a long shot! I'm expecting #2 any time now... due date of March 17, but you know how much that means.

 

LOL nah well......maybe more than 4. but i could definately not tell you all of them.

I know ALOT about a whole heap of countries, cultures, religions ect. But America...never really learnt anything about it for some reason.

 

Hi all, and thanks for the warm welcome. Very warm welcome! I have been having a good time in the forum, and I try to help others when I can, but I am no computer whiz by a longshot. I have made great progress in the year I've been at home, but it was hard living on one income at first. Always watching the pennies... I hate that.

Connecticut is in Southern New England, in the Northeastern part of the United States, and even though it is very scenic, with it's winding roads and old stone walls, and victorian mansions, it's very expensive to live here. The majority of people that live in CT and in Rhode Island are very wealthy and live off their investments mostly.

My husband is from Russia and we moved here when he came to the states. We would like to move from Connecticut, to some place more affordable. Who lives in a great state?

As for you, stephfoster, a hardy congratulations on the upcoming new baby. I have five kids and the youngest is 17 now, (which is hard to believe.) But with the new grandbaby, I feel like a mom all over again.
