I didn't renew my hosting for one website because the quality was horrible, for over a year I must have had close to 50% downtime. My host for my main website which is great costs $10/month/domain which is too much for this other website. Are there any $5/month Windows ASP hosts that I can count on to have a good uptime and load time? Thanks
It's mostly irrelevant, I need about 0.5 MB storage and bandwidth is just as insignificant. M6.Net seems good, are they good or is there anything better?

I was going to sign up but recently found a review site with mostly very bad reviews about them. I've had such a bad experience with my last host I want a reliable one this time. I also need one ASAP as my site has been down a few days already.
There should be a fair number of decent Windows hosts that can provide shared hosting at that price level. If your storage and bandwidth requirements really are so low you could contact a company with a very good reputation (and equivalent pricing!) and ask them if they'll do a custom hosting plan with low disk and bandwidth resources for the price you want to pay....the worse they can do is say no, and you could end up hosting with a premium company. No harm in asking is what I say and it might broaden your horizons and choices.
