    I never registered .in domains, But i assume they do not allow you to register 2 Character domains.

    ow, ok Thankyou for this information, there are about 0.0017 billion buyers ( internet users ) for LL.in domain names and they are not available but there are extensions like .nu where two letter domains are allowed, well..
