    Hi all,

    wanted some advice on something.

I'm in the process of gathering links for my company site and have been making some progress. however it has got to the stage where the links page we have is becoming too long and not all that user friendly. for instance who is going to want to scroll all the way down a page to look at a link right at the bottom?

so my question is this - how would it be best organise the page layout to display the links in an orderly way. I have them in catergories but i'm not sure i want to have 7 different pages for different types of links.

    any suggestions would be welcome.

    Cheers,

    Rob

It all depends on how you organize the links...if you can break them down into smaller, more relevant groups I would go that route. Eventually you will get to a point where you will have to create a second or third page. You can also utilize some of the free white space on the page and make two columns of links.

    Thanks for the tips.

Ive been messing around with some draft designs of what I could use and having 2 columns seems to work quite well. Probably use that for the moment till the links start to roll in!

    Thanks again,

    Rob

I always use a list, well categorized offcourse, but a list. It works fine for my sites.
