I am having trouble figuring out what i should do when i mak a new layout and the content i should put up. What things should i be thinking of you think? If you have any good ideas and want to share them do it! I know how i should make a portfolio site but it is more for my personal website and then the forum i would need some help, nothing is up for public yet. (Dnsservers are not in function yet -48-72H-) Make a list of the content you think i should have on my personal site, you can make a forum list to what forums i should have in my forum. I'm not sure what your interests are so I don't feel I can recommend what content you should include, but if you need some ideas you can view my sitemap on my personal site. I'll be honest of all my sites this is the least organized as I just ad content whenever I feel inspired. Not extremely planned out, but it may give you some ideas.
My biggest interests are Website desiging and coding to. Here are some more: online games (Flash) or (java) Music Movies Funny things (Text's and all there is i think) News (What happends around the world) Economics (I know that probably does not fit on a *Personal website*.) English language That is probably not a subjekt you would put on a homepage that is english and personal
All of those are very flooded categories...you might want to think a little more specific inside one of those general categories
By flooded he means there are loads and loads of sites providing that kind of content, and maybe you should focus specifically on something within one of those categorys Good luck!
I (think) he also means thats a load of work. That depends on you make a list of things you like \ dislike, and try from there?
