    Check my site and tell me what keyword i should use. and were i should put my ads.

    You must work on your seo to get more traffic , not easy and cheap work but in the end it worth it.
    Atm , you need to focus on more specific words and not try work on the general one.

    try to improve your ad placement. For example try to insert them inside of the first post (like you can see here on DP).
