What are the best keywords for a football blog?

I own http://footballslatest.com and I use the words Football, Soccer, news, (team name), (player name) what other ones would you suggest?

    Cheers :D

Use the Adwords keyword tool. There are loads of football keywords being searched- enter words in there, and see the suggested ones that it throws up.

Ranking for some unknown players is not tough.

I would agree w/ gr8 and add that you may want to start with a keyword research tool, and then put those keywords into Google, along with using the SEO for Firefox plugin. That will help you analyze the results. There's also a link from there to use Google's "Traffic Estimator". Hope that helps!
