yeah, keyword spy is ok, By far the best tool though is the free Google tool - (although the best tool really is your broad match KWs - use a separate campaign for them, then use the search terms tool in your account - not only will you pick up new phrases, but you'll also be able to pick phrases that you KNOW will generate conversions or high CTR within your account and with your site)
By the way - that is a HARD & EXPENSIVE niche - don't expect to make any money unless you have a lot of cash to spend in the first place
