    you deserve good visitors. and i am sure that you are lying that you get 2/3 clicks.
    little optimization is very important. here are the solutions :
    your top row is not totally focused because of the highlighted slide show/ review. can you try to put in bellow it. or just delete it.
    the below vertical banners are a bit lower in position. change it and place it below face book like or top of the face book like.
    it will be enough and i think if you get around 100 clicks per day. if you have told the right thing that you get huge visitors.
