    I am looking for a hosting with following features:

    1. Low cost
    2. Extremely Good support
    3. Linux/Php/MySQL
    4. fopen & file_get_contents supported
    5. more concurrent apache connections supported

    Please suggest.

    FatCow is good, but doesn't support Cron Job though. I just registered a fatcow account last week, and then decided not to use it anymore (because no Cron Job) so I refunded it. Using BlueHost now for only $3.95/year (2 year plan). :p

    For that I I assume you need to look through exsiting offers here and ask web hosting providers if they can do that
