I am looking for a hosting with following features:

1. Low cost
2. Extremely Good support
3. Linux/Php/MySQL
4. fopen & file_get_contents supported
5. more concurrent apache connections supported

FatCow is good, but doesn't support Cron Job though. I just registered a fatcow account last week, and then decided not to use it anymore (because no Cron Job) so I refunded it. Using BlueHost now for only $3.95/year (2 year plan).

 

For that I I assume you need to look through exsiting offers here and ask web hosting providers if they can do that

 

does fatcow supports fopen?

 

Go for quality. The cost is nothing compared to the outages that many of the low cost providers live with.
