Hello I would like to know any good HIGH PAYING freelance sites with good ammount of traffic. i want to sell logos for 30-70 dollars and I don't want to use fiverr. Any good sites I can join where either I can post classified ads of find buyers? Good freelance sites please?
I am not sure if you can get a good deal for your logos on freelance sites. You may also consider selling them at some good marketplaces. There are 6 good logo marketplaces described here: http://ibrandstudio.com/articles/best-logo-marketplaces. (BrandCrowd, 99designs, GraphicRiver, IdentityCrowd, StockLogos and designonclick) If it is exclusively freelance sites you are looking for, then there are some listed here: http://www.freelancermagazine.com/10-places-to-sell-your-work-online/ and http://dezignorama.com/freelancer-guide/best-10-places-to-sell-your-logo-design/. Hope this helps.
It's pretty hard to get jobs on ODesk & Elance especially when you're new. Content Maestro provided good info!
If you do a really good job, you could submit entries for contests on Freelancer. It means doing some free work, but you could always enter them into your portfolio
here is a list for you, you can go through them and see which best fits your needsthese are some of the top rated freelance sites Elanced Odesk Freelancer PeoplePerHour freelanced FreelanceSwitch
problem with freelance is theere is no upfront payments....and wayy to much competition...any others.(or other sites with classified ads)
Actually craigslist worked for me...they paid upfront...problem is craigslist is starting to die out now
I think it's better for you to go straight to companies by emailing them. Target a particular type of business (e.g. Soccer websites) and send them your proposal. Not an expert but just my 2 cents. That's what I'm doing for one of my channels.
You could set up a profile for yourself on Freelancer, Guru, Elance, oDesk or PeoplePerHour. I would also make a website and have a portfolio, and contact companies and individuals directly. There are lots of options, and the sites I listed are more than enough needed to get started.
SEOClerks.com is the place, just listed up your gig their and if you are an excellent designer then I gurante you that you'll make very good sales. People are willing to buy good logo designers for their company, firm etc.
I think it's rather hard to sell logos for such huge amount as $70, especially when you're new and without a portfolio. However, you could list your service/services at SEOClerks and I strongly suggest that you take a look at the WTB section too (There's often people who's interested in logos for their businesses etc.) I'd recommend starting out with a service for a few dollars, $7-$10 or so, (That's still more earnings compared to Fiverr), and build your reputation. It might take some time but when you've gained your first couple of feedbacks (and recommendations perhaps) you'll find it easier to make sales. After providing all of your clients with outstanding results each time, you'll be able to rake in orders even if you set your price a little bit higher. Regards, hitmeasap
freelance websites are cool and also fun, if you like to spend your time. The problem is the huge competition. You risk to really lose your time and earn very few bucks. The "logo selling" trend is no more, anyway, since today it's so easy to create logos yourself. The real money is if you have a graphic design company and you meet directly people from big companies. But using internet, it's difficult.
You should also try other internet marketing forums. I would tell you which ones but its against the site's tos
