Good Free Article Directories

Can Anybody provide me some good article directories in which I can submit my health articles for free??????????????

 

My site: http://www.articopia.com is a human-edited free article directory. I review articles within 48 hours. It is clean without adsense adds littered throughout. There is a great directory of article directories that I use: http://www.directorycritic.com. I get lots of traffic from them. It's probably worth a try.

I think eZine is the best. But to make things easier, I sometimes use automatic submission to quitre a few of the directories. I only do manual submission in only the very important ones. It can be a tad boring submitting to lots of directoies manually becaus its repetitive.
