    Why are you selling this site?
    I need money for Xmas to give my 6 year old son the presents he deserves. I am broke so selling off many of my websites and domains. That is the honest truth, hurts me a lot but if I can sell enough of my assets, I will be a very happy dad!

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense.
    You could turn it into an iTunes affiliate site, just an idea.
    You could also sell space to people who would like to list their apps, just another idea.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Zero hours.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Getting it ranked. The site went offline for about 4 months due to the fact that the SSL certificate expired and I didn't bother to renew until I installed LetsEncrypt with auto-renew.

    What are the current apps listed?
    The apps listed on the site are my own or apps that I have sold off in the past. The site is built on Wordpress so really easy to add more apps simply by creating a post or page.

    They should be visible in the listing? There is not much as the site was down for a couple of months due to me not renewing the SSL certificate. Dropped the BIN to $99.
