Good feature for visitors/design, will Google be ok with it though? (re: hidden text)

I think this is the right forum because I only hear of hidden text as being a Google issue.

OK so you know how sometimes Twitter widgets just don't display tweets?

I created a div with a "pseudo" "error messages" telling people no tweets can display (I tried to make it short txt speech so no keywords are in it) but it's always on the page, just hidden when the relatively positioned tweets actually show up (usually).

From a visual and user perspective, I'm fond of my little hack and it seems to work in all browsers, so I'm really nervous of the possibility of hearing it's no good. I've read about it, but I'm not 100% sure.

BTW, if it's penalized, would it just be for the NON key terms? (Text: "Twts not working atm. :(") <= LOL at the Tweet-sized Twitter message! FYI, it's not related to anything I'd write about (ATM machines?) and hopefully "work" is very generic.)

Here are screen caps (they're from 2 different browsers, that's why they're different otherwise):

    Thanks for any help!!!

that shouldn't be a problem as it has no relation to influencing SERPs.
