Sorry, but except for the sellbuysteel.com, I don't see a thing worth jumping up and down about. Seems most people jump on names without a thought as to what they are REALLY worth. For example, if you own crabbyU.com, get a bunch of your friends to Digg it, and it shows up on the front page, you've inflated the worthiness of the site. But, not for long. People have rushed off to buy 3, 4 and 5 letter TLD's, paid outlandish prices and think they're sitting on a gold mine. Their only hope is that another idiot will buy it from them, 'cause I'm betting 99.999% of them are NOT searched for because they aren't relevant to anything! Pete
also i just checked some of these names and i still can't buy them. they say they are taken. when i look at the whois, they are stilled expired.
I don't buy expired domains. I buy domains about to expire. Pagerank won't drop as fast as when the domain expires. You can get domains about to expire from tdnam. I build a list with the best domains from the closeouts section. That means aged domains with pagerank for ~$20. You can see the list if you are interested here: Vintagedomainnames.com.
