Good estimate?

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if my estimation is correct:

I get roughly 13k index page hits/month on my site. My google adense CTR is 1.33% and I get 25 cents per ad click. So would I make around $43/month? Would that be an appropriate guess?

Well yes if you do the maths I think it is around that... Your CTR seems realy low you should try more targeted traffic and try better Ad placement and blending with the page itself

 

Yes, I figured out why I was getting help africa ads and I have fixed that so it should start to go up lol.

 

That about my click through rate on a automotive blog I run. Whats a good ctr to shoot for without it hurting search rank?

 

If you have a good CTR it doesnt hurt your SERPs...

how can you be sure of the 25 cents per click? from my experience you can get a 1$ click but you can also get a 0.01 click... so there goes your estimate! of course if you have a good niche then you won't have to worry about that!

if i were you i would do something to improve that CTR... instead of the 1.33 try to get at least 2.5% and you'll see some increase in your earnings!

 

0.25 * 1.33 * 10 = 3.325 (your eCPM)
3.325 * 13 = 43.225 (earnings for 13k ad impressions)

 

you would make approximately $93,401 a month
