Good electric guitar

    Hi. I am planning on purchasing my first electric guitar and would like to know which is a good make. My budget is $200 (convert that to your currency). With the amplifier coming for around 85$. In all I would want only something that I can play in the house with earphones. So i do not want something very expensive.

    Hi,
    $200 is roughly 9500 Rupees, If you spend a 1000 Rupees more, then you can go for a Fender Squier Strat or Tele, I think its priced at 10,500. As for Amp I will suggest a Marshall 15W, there's a headphone out in that, so you can play without noise too. But do look around, there are kramers and Ibanez geo series in price range... good luck
