Good dating network paying per free signup?

    I need some network that has dating affiliate program for promoting free signups (verified cc). Payment of $20 or more per signup would be great, but if some pays lower but it's converting good it's fine.

    If there are weekly payments, even better..

    I prefer established, proven networks over the new fd fds
