PayPal, they have maybe to many different ways for integration so you can get a little confused and beginning but for quickest integration you can use their pay button wizard. Next you can advance more and more your integration.

According to our statistic international users are much more keen to use paypal instead of regular credit card merchant gateway processor. On our website we have both methods but this is true that people mostly trust paypal.

I think you should try Payoneer where a Debit Card will be sent to you and on which you can receive payments by PP or CCs.

I hate pay pal!!! Their risk department are like robots. There go by the book and no matter what it is, they are not even thinking about what you are telling them.

People who work at pay pal customer service are LOOSERS!!!

I was really happy with intuit - they are the best credit card processors in the US. Google checkout was very good as well.

STAY AWAY FROM PAY PAL or EBAY!!!

I'd suggest paypal too. They are the only ones that fit your requirements - cheap. the fees for cnp is cheap, but to accept cards directly, it cost $30/month

They should go by the book, always, that is the only way. That is how they caught you - eh?

paypal sometime cancel my withdraw transactions when I go out of office or home because they think my account was logging unauthorization, simple, they see the difference of IP. Every time cancelling, I lost lot of fees and time. They are really working like robots.Only users is damage

look, everyone that uses paypal probably spends from 2.41% or higher. if you check with various cc processors you can get at least 2.29 % (2.00 % for dp members @ accountmerchant.us ). in addition, your client doesn't need a paypal account. why make your buyers jumps hoops, when all you or they want is the quick sale ?
