Good CPM with low minimum payout

    I have a website with 18k page view per month.
    Most of the traffic for my website is from India.

    I need to monetize my website with good CPM with low minimum payout.
    At least less than 5$.
    No POPUP/Under.
    Can you suggest one?

    Best option "Google Adsense". you may earn well with google adsense. Or CPA network.

    From my experience it will be hard to earn $10/Month with such amount of visitor using other banner Ads-network.

    My Suggestion:
    1. Give attention to Grow your visitor, its your fast and foremost Task. Share your content in social network sites, like- Facebook, Twitter. Do Some SEO work for your site both onpage/off-page.
    2. Money will be in your pocket, if your visitor surpass 30k-50k/Month.
