    What are some good CPA networks that pay well(at least $2 per cpa)
    Any good lists of sites,with how much they pay...thank you

    Yes PeerFly has excellent support. Well it depends on the offers you choose because e.g. most email submits are under $2.

    But Peerfly's payout is pretty high for some offers :)

    Maxbounty offer converts very less though, with same traffic I don't much conversion where in other network I get good conversion

    Hmm,

    I've split tested quite a lot of offers/networks. it depends offer to offer but maxbounty are known within the industry. You could be right though! I've generated over 10k for them alone in the last 3 months
