I've been looking for a good software solution for along time now to handle my clients. What I need is a program that keep track of customers, notifies me when subsciptions are to be renewed, lets me add notes and info about the different customers, notifies me when its time to send a specific member a specific item (lets say I run a correspondance course in something, and I need to keep track of which customer is at which level each month), so the question is, do anyone know about a program that can do all or at least some of these things? I've tried a lot now so thanks to anyone with ideas here and reviews!
