Buying good cheap Dedicated server

    Hello

    i'm in the hunt of good decent dedicated server that offers the following:

    RAM 3+
    good Processor
    Operating System: CentO/S 5
    10Mbps Unmetered on 10Mb Port(upgradeable in the near future) or 100 MBit line
    cPanel
    i care less for the Hard disk,50GB is more than enough
    free site transfer (i currently have a cPanel)
    free set-up

    price <$100

    i prefer Europe but won't mind US servers.

    i'll be hosing file mirroring site (no illegal materials will be saved on the server)
