Hi, can anyone recommend any decent directories, tailored just towards blogging? I know many appear on a google search, but was looking for specific recommendations from any bloggers that have noticed greatly improved traffic via a listing. Thanks.
I've sent you a pm, if you like the look of it maybe you can reply with the url of the blog you want to submit.
hello, there are really so many web directories as you already have searched. As my personal experience, submitting to web directories or back links, don't do much help to improve PR. All you need is well design, well optimized , search engine freindly and Unique content holding website,if your site having these qualities, search engines will automaticaly find your site and site will get good PR too. I'm on same situation, don't have experience in webdesign, i made up one personal blog that still even dont index in google search . So back to your real question, if you realy wanna take time for putting here and there your site, than try www.topofblogs.com, www.globeofblogs.com, www.counter4u.com and best of best, 1000 backlinks and same time your site or blog register on 1000 websites automaticaly is http://www.allcyberdeals.com/links.php. Hopethis wouldhelp,PM me any question. Goodluck.
Two top blog direectories that i have worked on come to mind. www.delightfulblogs.com and www.bloggeries.com both very meticulously taken care of.
The following all have PR3+ and an alexa < 100k. They should all be free too... http://www.lsblogs.com/ http://superblogdirectory.com/ http://globeofblogs.com/ (already mentioned above) http://blogs.botw.org/ http://www.dofollowblogs.com/ http://www.totalblogdirectory.com/ http://bloghop.com/ http://www.bloggapedia.com/ http://www.bloglisting.net/ http://www.bloghints.com/
yes you can try my free blog directory... but i already list it for sale at BST : SITE it's ok if you want to submit it now... HERE it free anda have pr3
Meant "Have"... sorry, wouldn't let me go back in to edit. I will be checking these directories out later, they all look great. Just wondering, when Google crawl your blog, do they tend to index every single post? Or just the main page? Obviously, the sitemap issue with Blogger accounts is a bit of a headache.
That would depend upon the site. I see my link detail pages from submissions >2 weeks ago are cached, also many link detail pages have pr how does that work?
