Can anyone recommend a good blog software package that will work well on Windows 2003 and IIS. I've been battling WordPress for days, finally got it working, rebooted my server and started getting the same error I spent days trying to resolve (Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL which is required for WordPress).
