i dont use any specific site..whenever i want to know something i just google that and get the tut..its easy

Adobe Photoshop CS3 Tutorials and watch much of tutorials.

 

The best lessons would be to start trying smth yourself and then ask google concrete questions... as a resource http://www.good-tutorials.com/ is the best, but if you want more visualization you can look up for concrete lessons on youtube too!
