Good backup software?

    I got a USB backup drive from Maxtor but the software sucks and it broke on me. I really don't want to format the drive an reinstall the software as it seems rather unreliable. Can anyone recommend some good backup software for Windows ?

    I use NovaStor software. I've used it for several years and so far, it's worked out well.
